You can cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, you can only transfer to another date or receive a credit note. If you book within 24 hours of the session time, only transfers or credit notes are available.

Yes, spectators who are not jumping must purchase a spectator ticket to be within the park.
What are SEND sessions?
SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) sessions run on Saturdays with flashing lights turned off and music turned down to create a more relaxed atmosphere. Parents and carers go free during these sessions.
