Rush Trampoline Park Sidcup (operating as AirJump) is Bromley's premier indoor trampoline park located in Orpington, offering an exciting gravity-defying experience for children aged 3 and up. With state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of attractions, it's the perfect destination for active families seeking energetic fun whatever the weather.
The park features an impressive array of attractions including interconnected trampolines, a large air bag landing area, gladiator-style battle beams, a skateboard-style half pipe, an interactive reaction wall, a tumble track for tricks and flips, and basketball dunk nets. There's also a dedicated soft play area on the bottom floor for younger visitors. Open jump sessions allow children to explore all these features, whilst dedicated AirTots sessions cater specifically for under-5s in a quieter, age-appropriate environment.
Rush Trampoline Park is suitable for children from age 3 right through to teenagers aged 18. Children aged 5 and under require adult supervision on the trampolines (minimum 1 adult per 6 children, though 1 adult per 3 children is recommended). The venue is particularly popular for birthday parties, offering Silver Party packages at £20 per child (with segregated café area) and Gold Party packages at £22 per child (with exclusive party room). All party packages include 1 hour jump time, a party host, grip socks, and food.
Practical facilities include the Air Lounge Café upstairs with seating for parents and food and drinks available throughout the day. There's free parking on site, making it convenient for families driving from across South East London and Kent. Lockers are available for hire to store belongings safely. All jumpers must wear AirJump grip socks (£2.95 per pair, available at reception), and waivers must be signed before jumping - these can be completed online in advance to save time. The park is closed on Tuesdays during term time but opens Tuesday during school holidays, with varying closing times, so it's always best to check availability online before visiting.

Do I need to wear special socks?
Yes, you MUST wear AirJump grip socks to use the trampoline arena. We do not allow any other grip socks. These are available at reception for £2.95 per pair.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, parents MUST make sure waivers are signed for each child. Children without a signed waiver cannot bounce and unfortunately we do not offer refunds. You can sign the waiver online before your visit.
What are the age restrictions?
Children aged 3+ can use the park. Children aged 5 and under require a paid adult space or an adult allocated to supervise them on the trampoline arena (minimum 1 adult per 6 children, recommended 1 adult per 3 children). Children under 3 cannot use the trampoline arena.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed, except for exclusive bookings and party bookings which are allowed to bring in a cake. No other food or drink is permitted.
How do I book a children's party?
Party bookings are 1 hour and 30 minutes long for children ages 3+. We offer Gold Party (£22 per child with exclusive party room) and Silver Party (£20 per child with segregated cafe area). Parties include 1 hour jump time, party host, grip socks, and pizza or hot dogs. Please give us 7 days notice of final numbers.
Can we add additional guests on the day?
No, we cannot accept additional guests on the day. Please give us 7 days notice of final numbers to avoid disappointment of no available spaces.
What is included in a party package?
Parties include: exclusive party host, jump socks for each child, printable invitation, 1 hour jump session (not exclusive use), cheese & tomato pizza or hot dogs (only one option per party), and squash. Gold Party includes exclusive party room use for 30 minutes. Silver Party includes segregated cafe area.
Can we play party games?
No, we are unable to play party games on or off the trampolines. Party hosts are not there to supervise the children - the same age restrictions and supervision rules apply as open session or tots session.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking space available on site.
What should I arrive early?
We advise you to arrive 30 minutes before your booked time to check in, especially for party bookings.
