Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is required. You can book online through the website or by contacting the venue directly.
What should participants wear?
Participants must be dressed appropriately in comfortable clothing. Flip Out grip socks MUST be worn (£3 additional if purchasing). Regular socks are not permitted.
Are there age restrictions?
Children under 12 and people with special needs must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult who must remain on site. One adult can supervise maximum 10 under-12s. Stay & Play sessions are for ages 5 and under only.
What is the weight limit?
The weight limit for participants is 125kg (approximately 19 stone) when fully clothed. This is for safety reasons.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
You have 24 hours from payment for full refund. After 24 hours, only date transfers are offered (no refunds). If booking within 24 hours of session time, only date transfer or credit note available. Birthday parties and group bookings (9+) require 14 days notice for transfers.
Are there any medical conditions that prevent participation?
Yes, several conditions may prevent safe participation including pregnancy, heart/lung conditions, recent surgery, back/neck conditions, high blood pressure, Down's Syndrome, disproportionate dwarfism, and uncontrolled epilepsy. Consult your GP if unsure. Medical clearance required for some conditions.
Do parents need to participate or can they just watch?
Parents can watch from viewing areas and are not required to participate. However, children under 12 must have a supervising adult on-site at all times. Observing adults do not need to purchase grip socks or sessions.
