Yes, booking is required for all sessions. You can book online through the Flip Out website or booking system.
What are grip socks and do I need them?
Flip Out grip socks are required for hygiene and safety reasons. They increase grip on trampolines and must be worn in the venue. You can purchase them on your first visit for £2 and bring them back for future visits, or purchase at reception if lost.
What is the age limit for children?
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult who remains on-site. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult while using the trampoline park. The toddler area is reserved for children under 8.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, outside food and drink are not permitted on the premises. Food and drink are available for purchase at the café.
What is included in a birthday party package?
Party packages include 1h20 play time, 40 minutes in a themed party room, party host, food (varies by package), grip socks for kids, party invites, party bags, and various other perks depending on whether you choose Standard or Awesome package.
Can I cancel or get a refund on my booking?
You have a 24-hour window from payment to cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, you can only transfer to another date. If you book within 24 hours of the session, you can only move the booking or receive a credit note.
Are there any medical restrictions?
Yes. You cannot participate if pregnant, have a heart condition, wearing a plaster cast, have certain circulatory or spine conditions, Down's Syndrome without medical clearance, disproportionate dwarfism, or uncontrolled epilepsy. Weight limit is 125kg. Consult your GP if unsure.
Do adults need to pay to supervise children?
Adults supervising children under 1.2m need to purchase a participating adult ticket (£13). Two spectators (birthday child's parents) are free in party packages. Additional spectators can purchase a redeemable £3.50 voucher.
What should I wear?

Can I bring a birthday cake?
Cakes are only permitted in party rooms when a party package has been booked. Individual guests cannot bring cakes due to outside food and cross-contamination policies. Cakes cannot be stored in fridges and should be cut before food is served.
