The venue features an enormous multi-level wooden play frame with towering structures, a thrilling black hole slide, and the epic Thunderdome City soft ball arena where children can engage in action-packed play battles. Younger visitors have their own dedicated Toddler Village with age-appropriate climbing, exploration, and role play activities. What sets Kidspace apart are its innovative interactive features including Draw Alive technology, where children's drawings magically come to life on a large screen, and an interactive sand box with an overhead projector that responds to little hands creating ever-changing scenes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can parents join children at the party?
We allow 10 adults to come in free with all party types. You are welcome to bring extra siblings or adults on top of this, but they will require their own admission ticket. Any additional adults are charged at a discounted rate of £2.50 each for parties. We also offer a Play Only Sibling ticket for parties at the discounted rate of £10.00 (this does not include any food).
What is included in the party food?
All party types include: Margherita Pizza (vegetarian) - 1 pizza for every 3 children, Tortilla Chips (vegan), Fruit and Vegetable Platter (vegan) with houmous, Popcorn (vegan), followed by ice cream for dessert. Gluten/soya free pizza bases available upon request, as well as dairy-free cheese alternative.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
Yes, but cakes must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker with full allergen information due to Natasha's Law. Homemade cakes are not permitted. Your cake will be cut and wrapped to take home; guests cannot eat cake onsite. Wax candles are allowed but sparklers/fountain candles are not permitted as they can set off the fire alarm.
How long do parties last?
All Kidspace parties last for 2 hours.
What should children wear?
For parties and general play, we recommend children wear long sleeved tops that can tuck in, long trousers and socks. No shoes to be worn in the soft play area - socks must be worn. For the Go Karts & Climbing Wall, shoes must be enclosed (no open-toed shoes, crocs or slip-on shoes). Trainers are ideal.
What age are the different party types suitable for?
Classic parties are suitable for children aged 12 and under. Go Kart parties are recommended for ages 4 and over. Laser Tag parties are only available for children aged 6-12 years. Teddy Bear Workshop parties are suitable for children 3 years and over.
When should I arrive for my party?
For parties at Kidspace, you should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the scheduled time of your party. Early arrival is not permitted unless stated at the time of booking, as the timing is reflected in the price of the party package. Head to reception when you arrive and inform staff that you're here for a party.
Can I reschedule or cancel my party?
Once a party is booked it is non-refundable but if you need to reschedule we would be happy to do that for you. If you don't have a date in mind we can postpone it. Please note rescheduling the party incurs an admin fee. Please visit our website to view our cancellation policy.
How do I manage dietary requirements and allergies?
When sending your guests digital invitations, they can RSVP and declare any dietary requirements before the party day. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking is recommended, especially on weekends and during school holidays when the venue gets very busy. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
